Shipping

Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day (unless otherwise stated in an item's description).

Express: there is only one UK shipping option, which is free to all customers. Lighter orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and heavier orders via Parcelforce24.  Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day.

Standard Airmail: A fast and efficient service, we recommend this for most international customers. Orders are sent via Parcelforce and take around 5-8 working days to reach northern European countries.  Italy, Spain, Greece and Eastern Europe may take up to 14 working days.

Express Airmail: Orders are sent via Fedex, UPS or similar.  Delivery to most European countries will take 3-7 working days.

Customs: all customers are responsible for any import fees.

Standard Airmail: Orders are sent via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Delivery takes around 7-21 working days to reach USA & Canada. Delivery to other countries may take longer, please contact us if you have any questions.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please use the "contact us" tab at the top of the page or email [email protected] and we will be happy to help.  Please quote your order number in any correspondance.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery.  Return delivery is to be paid by the customer and the amount refunded will not include the original postage costs.  

In the event an item arrives broken or not as described, the customer will receive a full refund (including postage), plus the cost of returning their order.
