Who Can Apply for a Wholesale Account?
Online Stores
Online stores selling fossils or other geological items (e.g. minerals, crystals). Those who trade through an eBay business account or Etsy store may also apply.
High Street Shops
Shops selling fossils, minerals and crystals. Gift shops and other related retail outlets may also apply.
Educational Institutions
Schools, colleges, universities and museums. Please note, the first order must be sent to the address of the institution that has registered for an account.
Other Relevant Businesses
Other businesses such as vistor centers and manufacturers may also apply for an account. If you have queries, please get in touch.
We are only able to accept requests for wholesale accounts from businesses that are already actively trading. Each application will be considered on a case by case basis. We may periodically check whether businesses with wholesale accounts are still trading and if this is not the case we reserve the right to close the account.
Minimum Order Amount
There is a minimum order of £100 (after VAT/shipping).
We require a minimum spend in order to maintain profitability whilst offering our products at the lowest price possible.
VAT & International Import Charges
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
As we are on the UK's Flat Rate VAT Scheme, VAT is applicable to both UK and International orders.
International orders may also incure customs charges (please check your nations import tax rates/thresholds before ordering).
